The entire US Bankruptcy Code is available here for your convenience.  We invite you to click through the various sections of the Code.  Although a complex document, we felt it important to provide here for bankruptcy filers, law students, and anyone interested in reading up on bankruptcy (aka Title 11 of the Bankruptcy Code) and its various chapters including Chapters 7 (aka the Fresh Start bankruptcy) and Chapter 9 (a reorganization as opposed to a liquidation bankruptcy).
Our San Francisco bankruptcy office is conveniently located and available to serve clients in San Francisco, South San Francisco, and the entire North Bay Area with “all things” bankruptcy.  Additionally, Sagaria Law has 9 other offices in California and Oregon.  Please click back often to watch for new office openings and new features to our website.
