Sagaria Law is excited to provide our bankruptcy website visitors the opportunity to read and review the entire United States Bankruptcy Code. Therefore, we have it here, in its original form.  As you can see, it is a vast document with many sections.  We have arranged it here for easy viewing, but the original content of the actual code remains unchanged.  We believe knowledge is power and what better way to inform the public about the Bankruptcy Code then to provide it for you ourselves; something no other bankruptcy site does.
We invite you to click through the various components of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as our website.  We also encourage you to visit our bankruptcy firm in beautiful Carlsbad, California in North San Diego County, or any one of our 9 bankruptcy office locations.
