LBR 7069-2. DISCOVERY IN AID OF ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT(a) Discovery Permitted. With respect to a judgment of the bankruptcy court and as allowed by FRBP 7069, except to the extent that a federal statute applies, a judgment creditor may obtain discovery from any person to aid in enforcing a judgment in the manner provided by F.R.Civ.P. 26-37 or in the manner provided by state law.
(b) Rule 2004 Examination Not Permitted. A judgment creditor may not use FRBP 2004 to collect information to use to enforce a judgment.
