Joe AngeloSenior Associate Attorney
Joe Angelo was born and raised in Mill Valley, California. He graduated from the University of California, Davis where he earned a B.A. in both Political Science and History. He attended Willamette University, College of Law, in Salem, Oregon, and graduated in 2009. At Willamette Joe served as an associate editor of the Willamette Law Review. He also wrote for Willamette Law Online, responsible for summarizing weekly Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decisions. He was also an active participant in Moot Court competitions. Joe moved back to California after passing the July 2009 bar and began working at Sagaria Law in early 2010.
Joe works in both Sagaria Law’s bankruptcy and consumer litigation departments. In addition to handling chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy filings, Joe is also involved in litigation under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Rosenthal Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
In his free time, Joe is an avid cyclist and has competed in over 20 Races which include a couple Iron Man’s.
