Wait-and-See Buy-Sell Agreement: An agreement between business owners and the business itself, where the business entity has the first chance to purchase a deceased owner's interest; the surviving owners have the second opportunity to purchase any interest that has not already been acquired by the business; and the business entity is obligated to buy the remaining interest not already sold under the two options.

Waiver-of-Premium Provision: Benefit added to life insurance policies where all premiums coming due are waived when the insured is totally disabled.

Will: An individual's written declaration of desires for disposing his or her property after death.
