2004-1. NOTICE.
(a) ATTORNEY'S DUTY TO STIPULATE. Attorneys will make every reasonable
effort to stipulate to the exact times and places for the commencement and resumption of all examinations under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2004.
(b) FORM. The party requesting an examination under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2004 shall utilize Local Form CSD 1050, SUBPOENA FOR RULE 2004 EXAMINATION.
(c) ORDER FOR EXAMINATION. An order for examination under Fed. R.
Bankr. P. 2004 shall require a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days' notice from the date of service of the court's order, unless otherwise agreed by the parties or ordered by the court.
(d) EMERGENCY MOTION. The party whose examination is required or other interested party may file an emergency motion for a protective order if grounds exist under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c).
